Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a specialization in Litigation, specifically in the area of Personal Injury, to join our team at Frohlich, Gordon & Beason, PA. $50,000+ to start commensurate with experience

• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs;
• Review and organize legal documents for accuracy and completeness;
• File court documents and respond to discovery requests;
• Maintain case files, track important deadlines, and coordinate with clients, courts, and other parties;
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances.

• Minimum of three years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation is required;
• Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a caseload;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function well in a team environment;
• Excellent verbal, written, and phone skills;
• Must have strong computer skills.
