Job Details- Support attorneys in probate and trust administration, focusing on transactional work.
- Draft and prepare legal documents (petitions, inventories, accountings, trust agreements).
- Organize and manage case files efficiently.
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and relevant parties.
- Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information.
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
- Handle a high volume of cases with precision.
- Apply Southern California court rules.
- Manage trust administration tasks (dividing estates, handling correspondence).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate and trust administration.
- Strong understanding of probate and trust laws.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hybrid work environment (1-2 days in office).
