Their Orange County team is growing and looking for a sharp, experienced paralegal to support attorneys on high-stakes litigation matters involving single and multi-plaintiff cases, class actions, and complex employment disputes.
Job Description
- Draft and respond to discovery, including interrogatories and document requests
- Organize and summarize records, reports, and documents
- Prepare and serve subpoenas for records and depositions
- Conduct factual investigations and witness interviews
- Support motion practice, depositions, and trial prep
- Compile data and calculate damages in Class and PAGA actions
- Conduct legal and expert research
- Manage case documents and coordinate document production
Qualifications
- 5+ years of legal assistant/paralegal experience
- 1+ years of litigation experience
- Some employment law experience
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program OR strong employment law experience
- Familiarity with State and Federal court rules
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
