Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, specifically in complex litigation.
3. Proven experience with employment law, class action, and PAGA claims.
4. Proficient in legal research and writing.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
8. Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
9. Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
11. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
12. Proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies and tools related to e-discovery and computer forensics.
13. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
14. High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.
