Hill Wallack LLP seeks a candidate with a minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in the area of foreclosure and creditors' rights. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience including, but not limited to managing foreclosures from referral through conclusion, ordering title, obtaining payoffs, deed assignment and letter preparation, meeting sensitive deadlines and providing updates to clients. Strong administrative skills, such as accurate typing, proofreading, spelling and grammar, are necessary. Knowledge of e-filing is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. Knowledge of LPS and Tempo preferred. This position is for someone seeking to work independently within the support of a team environment. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
