Our firm is seeking an experienced full-time plaintiff litigation paralegal. This candidate will be responsible for handling a full caseload of personal injury cases and will assist the attorneys with: drafting and filing complaints, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting law and motion, drafting case-related documents, calendaring events, writing correspondence, preparing cases for trial, etc.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of personal injury cases ensuring deadlines and case milestones are met.
  • Draft and file complaints, motions, and other pleadings; draft case-related documents and client correspondence.
  • Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting, responding to, and organizing discovery requests, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial
  • Maintain and manage litigation deadlines, hearings, depositions, and other case-related events in the firm's case management system.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing case updates and gathering necessary information or documents.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant personal injury paralegal experience or a Paralegal Certificate.
  • Familiarity with case management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
