The ideal candidate will have successfully completed a paralegal program from an accredited institution and possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience. They will demonstrate a strong ability to support attorneys in case preparation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and engaging in trial practices.

- Completion of an accredited paralegal program
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience that developed the necessary skills for task execution
- Proficiency in legal writing
- Familiarity with calendaring procedures
- Capability to manage a moderate caseload of litigation files
- Experience with legal databases (familiarity with CASEpeer is a plus)
- Strong time management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
