The successful candidate should be an experienced legal assistant/paralegal (5+ years)with strong litigation support skills and the ability to run most aspects of a small general practice firm. Must have good organizational skills, an attention to detail, and be able to communicate well with both attorneys and clients. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: drafting pleadings, discovery requests, exhibit lists, creating trial notebooks, assisting attorney at trial, responding to client calls and correspondence, e-filing, researching, scheduling, billing, answering phones and general office management.
