Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our attorneys in corporate law, commercial real estate transactions, and estate planning/administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing legal documents, filings, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Law:
  • Assist with entity formation, corporate filings, and maintaining corporate records.
  • Draft corporate documents, including bylaws, operating agreements, and resolutions.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with corporate regulations.
Commercial Real Estate:
  • Prepare and review contracts, deeds, leases, and closing documents.
  • Assist with title searches and coordinate real estate transactions.
  • Work with lenders, title companies, and clients to facilitate smooth closings.
Estate Planning:
  • Assist in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
  • Prepare estate planning documents for attorney review and execution.
  • Conduct legal research on estate laws and tax implications.
  • Coordinate document execution and maintain estate planning files.
Estate Administration:
  • Assist with probate filings, trust administration, and estate settlement.
  • Prepare court documents, inventories, and accountings.
  • Communicate with courts, financial institutions, and beneficiaries to facilitate estate administration.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in corporate law, commercial real estate, and/or estate planning/administration.
  • Strong legal research and document drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
