Robinson & Henry, P.C., Colorado's 11th largest law firm, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Litigation Paralegal with supplemental experience in Estate Planning to join our team at our Denver/Hampden office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to support a high-performing team within our established Tax & Estate Planning Division.
In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting attorneys with complex tax matters, while also contributing to estate planning support as needed. Salary:
$33.16 - $43.43 Hourly, based on experience and qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with a background in tax litigation and/or estate planning
- Familiarity with IRS communications, tax court filings, and related procedures
- Experience supporting attorneys across multiple matters and departments
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent writing and drafting abilities
- Familiarity with estate planning documentation is a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and colleague interaction
- E-filing experience with applicable courts
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to case management
