LHH is working with a great law firm in Costa Mesa, CA. This position if for a paralegal and this would only be 2 days onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents (correspondence, agreements and pleadings).
• State and federal court filing.
• Discovery requests, depositions, and issue subpoenas.
• Assist with document review and trial preparation (trial subpoenas, manage exhibits, attend trial).
Qualifications:
• Paralegal certificate and bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years' experience in litigation defense (preferably product liability).
• Experience with responsibilities listed above.
• iManage experience.
Role:
• 2 days a week onsite in Costa Mesa, CA and 3 days working from home.
