Job Description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Garnishment Support Specialist to support garnishment and child support processing teams. You'll work onsite with a team of 20 in Cincinnati and collaborate virtually with other internal teams.
What You'll Do:
- Review and organize garnishment and child support orders
- Create cover pages, combine PDFs, and manage document flow
- Input data into internal systems for processor follow-up
- Verify details using our Deluxe database
- Meet daily completion goals and maintain accuracy
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic MS Office skills
- Entry-level banking experience (beyond customer service)
- Preferred: Any legal background or experience
