What you'll need to succeed as a Paralegal at XPOMinimum qualifications:
•   Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
•   2 years of professional work experience Preferred qualifications:
•   Paralegal certificate
•   2 plus years of law firm experience
•   Strong verbal and written communication skills
•   Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills, including the ability to create polished MS PowerPoint presentations and complex formulas in MS Excel
•   E-discovery certification
•   Proficiency in Westlaw or LexisNexis

•   Manage matter intake, including conducting internal/external research to determine appropriate party for handling
•   Set up matters in matter management system, assist with new supplier onboarding and budgeting, manage electronic document repository, audit supplier invoices, resolve billing disputes, and process settlement payments
•   Assist with all aspects of discovery including:
•   Managing legal holds including drafting, identifying relevant custodians, issuing in legal hold tool, and releasing at resolution
•   Coordinating discovery, including: initiating document collections, working with counsel to identify search terms and parameters, working with internal and external forensics and IT teams; and preparing document productions; and
•   Coordinating witness interviews and depositions.
•   Draft subpoena responses including drafting responses, identifying custodian or record, collecting responsive documents information, and producing same.
•   Track and report on metrics relevant to workload management, legal spend, and trucking litigations.
