Personal Injury Paralegal - Up to 75,000 - Personal Injury Experience Needed
Our client, a growing personal injury firm located in Bethesda, MD, is actively looking for a Paralegal to join their growing practice.
Job Duties:
- Personal Injury/Plaintiff - MUST HAVE
- Serve as point of contact for clients, providing information and obtaining information regarding case status and details, court dates.
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
- Drafting/reviewing of legal documents.
- Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes.
- Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Record/store client information.
