Trustpoint.one is pleased to partner with a top global firm in its search for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal. This is a hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote), direct hire, Full time role, out of the Firm's Baltimore, Maryland.
Qualifications of the Real Estate Finance Paralegal include but are not limited to:
- Heavy title and survey experience (commercial side and not residential);
- Experience reviewing and abstracting all recorded documents, marking up title commitments and surveys and working directly with the title company and surveyors;
- Being detail-oriented with excellent communication skills; and
- Having the ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
Primary duties of the Real Estate Finance Paralegal will include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate due diligence documents;
- Conducting UCC/litigation searches;
- Drafting estoppel certificates and SNDAs;
- Abstracting complex recorded title documents and managing, coordinating, and tracking closing and post-closing documents.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
Salary is $80K-$100K, commensurate with experience.
1500 hour billable minimum.
