Litigation Paralegal - Baltimore, MD - Up to 80,000 - Litigation/Personal Injury Experience Preferred
Our client, a growing law firm located in Baltimore, MD is actively looking for a Paralegal to join their growing practice.
Job Duties:
- Litigation, Personal Injury background preferred
- Serve as point of contact for clients, providing information and obtaining information regarding case status and details, court dates.
- Provide overall support to CEO.
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
- Drafting/reviewing of legal documents.
- Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes.
- Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Record/store client information.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
