About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment, corporate, or litigation law, with a passion for delivering high-quality legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research county-specific rules for filing pleadings and setting hearings

  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, briefs, and entity formation documents under attorney supervision

  • Search Secretary of State records for entity information; file formation and update documents accordingly

  • Identify required forms for various client interactions with state agencies.

  • Assist in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and Zoom calls

  • Prepare legal documents for client review and signature through DocuSign

  • Manage attorney calendars and deadlines, ensuring timely reminders

  • Format client-facing documents and templates

  • Maintain and organize electronic files and records

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a paralegal in employment, corporate, litigation, or related legal fields.

  • Experience in a large law firm environment, preferred

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative.

  • Proficiency in Apple (Mac) environments and a willingness to adopt new technologies.

  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and formatting skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to various communication styles.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
