Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the first 2-3 months and perhaps 1-2 days/week virtual afterwards for a Paralegal at Pillars AI located in Alpharetta, GA. The Paralegal will be responsible for overseeing document preparation, communication, research, and document review on a day-to-day basis. The candidate will need to oversee prepared documents in Jot Form and DocuSign and administrate to accurate completion. The candidate will need to interface by email or by phone with counterparty questions.
Pay Compensation will be based on the candidate. Pillars is prepared to increase proper candidate's pay by 10% and provide bonus potential. Position is full time salary with healthcare and other applicable benefits.

- Experience in a legal or compliance role is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
