About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Para-planner and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position will support financial planning processes and assist in executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to take on various tasks as needed to support the team's dynamic needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Para-planning Duties:
  • Assist with client service and follow up requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial plans and reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis on financial products and market trends.
  • Support financial advisors with client data management and documentation.
  • Prepare and update client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and performance.

Additional Tasks as Needed:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges with a proactive approach.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in financial planning or marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial software and CRM systems is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
