We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Team Leader to join our team in Kingsport, Tennessee and help drive performance across key operational areas.
Location: Kingsport, Tennessee
Position: Production Team Leader
Salary Range:$100,000 $150,000 annually
Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Drive organizational effectiveness and team performance
Ensure and promote a strong safety culture and compliance with regulations
Oversee daily production and quality metrics
Support maintenance planning and coordination
Lead process optimization and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within a paper manufacturing setting
Proven ability to lead safety improvements through personal commitment and adherence to safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in 100% recycled paper operations
Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and other computer-based maintenance systems
