Railside Golf Club restaurant is a newly renovated and open to the public restaurant. Located in Byron Center since 1991, Railside has stayed committed to providing excellent quality and an extraordinary experience to its members as well as everyone attending. We are looking for a motivated and qualified pantry cook to join our operations team and help maintain this level of hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Prior Knowledge of proper cooking techniques
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Handle and store ingredients and food
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Monitor station inventory levels
- Accommodate guests special requests
- Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
- Able to Stand for long Periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 safely
- Following sanitation and safe food handling/storage standards
- Open availability, and/or ability to work multiple shifts.
- Previous employment in a pantry or garde manager position
