Accident Repair Centre Ongoing Manufacturer Training Career Progression
C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a leading accident repair centre.

Panel Beater Role and Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to vehicles following manufacturer methods and standards.
- Complete work in a safe and timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Use specialist body repair equipment including welding tools, body alignment jigs, and measuring equipment.
- Ensure all vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition with a focus on first-time quality.
- Work closely with Workshop Controllers, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and other colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all workshop health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician within an Accident Repair Centre or Bodyshop essential.
- Strong skills in welding, panel repair, panel replacement, and body alignment.
- ATA accreditation (Senior Panel Technician or similar) would be highly desirable but is not essential full support will be provided to achieve accreditation if required.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence essential.
- Stable career history within the automotive repair sector preferred.
