Position Overview
Aksia is seeking a talented Analyst to join the Pan-Alternatives team. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large, sophisticated investors, and works on portfolio development, implementation, and marketing efforts.
This position is based in Aksia's Dubai DIFC office and involves interaction with global colleagues and clients. The candidate is expected to spend up to three months in London for training.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client-focused projects across research, legal/compliance, and client operations teams
- Collect, organize, and track prospective client information
- Assist with client meeting preparation, proposals, and strategic plans
- Maintain and develop marketing materials
- Develop knowledge on private markets strategies and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of investment experience with knowledge of private equity, private credit, or hedge funds
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects independently
- Attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Effective writing and communication skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, written
