Position: PAM Solution Specialist - Delinea Expert
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, specifically Delinea (formerly Thycotic) across client environments.
- Perform PAM system integration, ensuring seamless coordination with existing infrastructure and identity management systems.
- Implement best practices for secure access controls, credential vaulting, session monitoring, and privileged account governance using Delinea solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to PAM solution deployment, upgrades, and ongoing operations.
- Conduct regular audits of privileged accounts and provide actionable insights to improve security posture.
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and IT operations teams to enhance and optimize PAM strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, providing risk mitigation recommendations for privileged account access.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for client stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Qualifications:- Proven expertise in Delinea (Thycotic) PAM solutions, including Secret Server, Privilege Manager, and Connection Manager.
- Strong understanding of other PAM solutions such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or One Identity would be a plus.
- Deep knowledge of privileged access controls, session monitoring, and credential management.
- Hands-on experience with system integration, implementation, and troubleshooting of PAM solutions.
- Familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management) systems, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) tools.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices related to PAM and identity management.
- Experience with security audits, compliance frameworks, and risk assessments (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, etc.).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Education And Certifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in PAM or security frameworks (e.g., Thycotic Certified Administrator, CISSP, CISM) are preferred.
