Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

Personal Care Medical Associates is looking for a Palliative Nurse Practitioners to join our growing practice caring for patients in long term care facilities, ALF's and hospitals. A passion for this work and a love for seniors is a must.

Overview
Full time or Part time position

Nurse Practitioner Duties
Contributes to effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range geriatric patient care issues that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action.
Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories
Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted NP license
Ability to obtain DEA licensure
