Job Description:
A well-established healthcare provider in Rapid City is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine to join our team.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-based environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Position Highlights:
Provide inpatient consultative services and outpatient clinic services for patient symptom management
Educate patients and families on palliative and hospice care
Oversee Advanced Practice Providers in the palliative care team
Serve as Medical Director of the Hospice Program

Qualifications:
