Phoenix Metropolitan Area, Interventional Pain Management Physician Opening
•   Clinical Role:
•  Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pain management physician
•  Accepted Training Pathway: Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology
•   Required: Pain Management Fellowship (ACGME Accredited)
•  Pain management Certification must be through the ABA
•  Join a very busy private practice
•  Provider must be interested and trained in interventional pain procedures
•  EMR: NextGen
•  Procedures are done in the office setting
•  Call: 1 week (every 6 weeks)
