Software Resources is excited to announce a long-term contract opportunity for a Paid Social Media Strategist with a leading corporation in Celebration, FL. This position offers a dynamic work environment with in-office requirements Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or without a degree but possessing 6-8 years of experience in marketing, social media, or analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social media, superior communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage conversations. Experience handling large budgets in a corporate setting is highly desirable. Proficiency in Meta platforms is essential.
The work environment consists of a cubicle setup with a neat casual dress code. A MAC computer will be provided, and candidates must be comfortable utilizing it. Work hours are flexible between 8 AM and 6 PM, with the need to attend required meetings.
Job Responsibilities: - Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Ensure proper campaign configurations are set up for tracking in Adobe SiteCatalyst and various ad platforms including YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Collaborate closely with the organic social media team to enhance key organic content through paid promotions.
- Analyze account performance to glean insights, trends, and potential testing opportunities.
- Execute daily optimization efforts for assigned campaigns to meet traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Track daily budgets to ensure alignment with pre-defined spending levels.
- Utilize team workflow tools such as SmartSheet to manage assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Create strategic proposals for new campaigns based on objectives set by strategy partners.
- Manage bid strategies and optimization across campaigns, audiences, and ads to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular reporting to extract insights and provide commentary on performance variations.
- Oversee execution and reporting on ad, landing page, and vendor beta tests.
- Work with management and social media outlets to streamline policies and processes for improved efficiency.
- Stay updated on social media advertising trends and recommend innovative campaign ideas.
Basic Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in paid social media advertising.
- Thorough knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok is an advantage.
- Experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics, or Google Analytics 360.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
