About the Position:
- Things are picking up speed QUICKLY at CRWD so we need a social media team who will amplify our reach - helping brands and workers alike find CRWD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm, pitch, develop and execute TikTok-first content strategies that support brand goals, product launches, and community engagement
- Create original, on-brand short-form video content-including filming, editing, and posting-on a daily and weekly cadence
- Monitor TikTok trends and platform updates to keep content timely, relevant, and competitive
- Represent the CRWD brand voice authentically
- Track performance analytics to inform optimizations and report regularly on KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth).
- Partner with influencers and ambassadors to support content creation and expand reach
- Engage with the CRWD TikTok community in comments, videos, etc.
About You:
- Experience managing a brand's TikTok (your own brand counts.)
- Proven knack for community management + turning strangers into superfans and CRWD members
- Negotiating chops or experience with influencer/brand deals
- Spreadsheet aficionado for partnership rosters & performance snapshots
- Extra credit for Canva, CapCut, or Premiere skills to polish quick assets
Perks + Compensation:
- $15 per hour paid bi-weekly
- Start date: looking to fill 3 roles as soon as possible for a 3 month internship
