THE POSITION:

The Paid Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing targeted paid social campaigns that drive new farm box subscriptions while aligning with company budgets and growth goals. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role owns the end-to-end management of paid social media strategy, campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

This position requires a balance of strategic insight and hands-on execution - leveraging audience data, creative testing, and performance trends to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainable food systems and knows how to connect with digital communities through compelling, data-informed storytelling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Yelp, and X , with a focus on maximizing customer acquisition and meeting performance targets.
  • Strategize, launch, and manage campaigns from end to end-including creative testing, copy recommendations, audience segmentation, landing page alignment, and CPA optimization.
  • Lead weekly performance reporting, translating campaign data into actionable insights that inform future strategy.
  • Test and implement new tactics to scale acquisition efforts, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and influencer amplification.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic initiatives.
  • Help identify and recommend influencer and partnership opportunities to grow reach and deepen community engagement.
  • Oversee budget management, pacing, and forecasting across social platforms to ensure efficient and effective media spend.
  • Stay informed on social platform updates, ad policies, industry trends, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in customer and market research to uncover new opportunities for campaign development and refinement.
  • Represent fieldTRUE's leadership values in external business relationships, including vendors, trade groups, and professional organizations, promoting innovation and strategic collaboration.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others across departments.
  • Maintain regular, predictable attendance as required for team and business success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field plus 4-5 years of current/recent hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with mid-to-large size budgets. Meta Ads Manager mastery required.
  • Proven track record of hitting acquisition or grown targets within e-commerce or subscription-based models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and pivot strategies quickly
  • Collaborative and self-directed - comfortable owning a channel but working cross-functionally

  • Preferred Qualifications - a plus to have:
- Familiarity with other e-commerce functions such as SEM, influencer and affiliate marketing and how they integrate with broader paid media strategies

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity of subscription business models and customer lifecycle marketing
