As a Paid Social Media Manager , you will manage paid social campaigns from start to finish, ensuring optimal performance across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest. This role will also involve analyzing campaign data to provide actionable insights, forecast trends, and guide future strategies for our high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, including forecasting, execution, optimization, and detailed reporting.
- Analyze data to inform recommendations that enhance current campaigns and influence broader business strategies.
- Collaborate with our media team and clients to build integrated strategies and plan innovative campaigns.
- Report on campaign performance, adapting depth based on client needs-from high-level summaries to detailed insights.
- Providing complex audience structures and strategies gleaned from data insights and campaign KPIs.
- Build and nurture client relationships while establishing connections with platform partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Paid Social Media Manager or a similar role, with a deep understanding of social media landscapes. Experience in auto and working at an ad agency is preferred. Meta Blueprint Certification a plus.
- Platform Proficiency: Skilled in managing and optimizing campaigns with budgets ranging from five to six figures.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator, comfortable working within teams and cross-functionally. Has experience working with clients.
- Analytical Ability: Strong quantitative skills and experience in data analysis to optimize campaign success.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous, strategic, and innovative-passionate about the latest social media trends and thinking big. Organized, keeping multiple client deadlines and recurring tasks in mind and can share those with the social team at any time.
- Agency Experience: Experience in working with account, creative, billing and planning teams. Able to communicate professionally and effectively.
