A top entertainment brand is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Specialist to support high-impact campaigns across original content, brand initiatives, and subscriber acquisition. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and X. We're looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, thrives in a team environment, and knows how to translate performance data into actionable insights that drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns
- Manage the day-to-day operations of media buys, ensuring accurate setup, QA, and delivery
- Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, strategy, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life
- Build targeting strategies, manage pixels and custom conversions, and implement testing frameworks
- Develop and share performance reports, weekly summaries, and post-campaign insights with stakeholders
- Test and scale new ad formats, placements, and innovations across multiple platforms
- Support with invoice processing, PO tracking, and campaign reconciliation
- Flex between new content launches, evergreen acquisition, and brand campaigns as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and X
- Strong skills in pixel setup, custom events, and performance tracking
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments-either agency or in-house
- Comfortable using Excel for campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting timelines
- Strategic mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and performance marketing
