Position Overview:
We're hiring a Paid Social Marketing Executive to help drive incremental, efficient growth across our fashion eCommerce brands. This full-time role is based in NYC and reports directly to our Performance Marketing Manager.
You'll serve as the key strategic and executional partner on our paid Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest campaigns - working closely with external agencies to manage performance, guide creative testing, and ensure results align with business goals. You'll collaborate with marketing and creative teams, monitor ad performance using tools like GA4, Triple Whale, and Motion App, and constantly look for ways to improve our new customer acquisition strategy.
This is not a "run the playbook" role - this is for someone who gets how media buying and creative strategy must work hand in hand, and who thrives on finding growth through experimentation, insight, and sharp execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day performance of Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest ad channels in partnership with third-party agencies.
- Serve as the primary agency point of contact for paid social: briefing, feedback, and performance accountability.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to request, brief, and guide ad assets that align with the strategy.
- Develop and manage creative testing roadmaps (hook, format, audience, funnel stage).
- Analyze creative performance using Motion App, identifying top performers and opportunities for iteration.
- Track and report on performance KPIs: MER, ROAS, CAC, AOV, NC ROAS.
- Use GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale (or other MTA tools) to measure channel contribution and attribution.
- Recommend optimizations to media mix, budgets, and creative direction based on data and market trends.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and stay on top of platform updates and testing opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience managing Meta and/or TikTok Ads, either in-house or via agency
- Experience working with or managing external agencies for media buying
- Strong grasp of fashion eCommerce, digital customer journeys, and seasonal buying cycles
- Ability to connect creative concepts to performance metrics
- Fluent in paid media KPIs: ROAS, MER, CAC, NC ROAS, AOV, CTR, Reach
- Experience with reporting tools including GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, Triple Whale, and Motion App
- Excellent communicator, self-motivated, and proactive with a growth-oriented mindset
- Bonus: Experience working with DTC brands or multi-region campaigns (US + CA)
