We're looking for a passionate and strategic Manager, Paid Social to join a major Entertainment provider. In this role, you'll support paid social campaigns across STREAMING platforms, brand initiatives, and subscriber acquisition efforts. You'll work closely with internal teams and our media agency partners to execute, optimize, and report on high-impact campaigns that drive both brand engagement and performance.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a strong blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and operational expertise.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution, optimization, and performance tracking of Streaming Subscriber-focused initiatives to support paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Partner with our agency to manage daily campaign operations, QA, and performance monitoring to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, strategy, and analytics teams to align social efforts with larger marketing goals.
  • Build and refine targeting strategies, pixel setups, and custom conversion events to drive campaign efficiency.
  • Develop regular performance reports, including weekly summaries and post-campaign wrap-ups, with actionable insights.
  • Test and scale emerging ad formats, platform features, and new strategies to stay ahead of social media trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, including both direct response and upper-funnel brand marketing.
  • Streaming platform Disney, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, or YouTubeTV REQUIRED.
  • Proficiency with major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Pinterest), pixel implementation, and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong skills in campaign QA, data analysis, and translating insights into performance improvements.
  • Comfortable working in Excel and building media documentation and reports.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear communicator and natural collaborator who works well across teams.
