As a Paid Social Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing robust paid media advertising strategies for our clients, utilizing platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and others as needed. In this role, you'll oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a team of skilled marketers, ensuring each campaign meets client objectives and drives positive ROI. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with your team to craft high-performing campaigns that align with each client's goals.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the strategy for all accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals, and managing your team's performance to deliver impactful results. You'll act as the primary client contact for accounts, leading all communication and strategic discussions while your team supports you with campaign execution. Additionally, you'll train and mentor your marketers, ensuring they adhere to best practices and stay at the forefront of industry strategy. While your team handles day-to-day tasks such as campaign execution, reporting, and media buying, you will be fully accountable for the quality and effectiveness of the final output.
ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy & Management - Lead the development and execution of paid social strategies for a portfolio of clients across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Act as the primary client contact for accounts, guiding all communication and strategic planning to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Support and mentor your team in campaign execution, providing guidance and oversight to help them execute strategies effectively.
- Guide the strategy for client campaigns and delegate tasks effectively to your team, ensuring each member has clear direction and responsibilities to execute campaigns successfully and meet client objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign management, conducting regular audits to assess performance, optimize strategies, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with creative strategy teams to create compelling ad assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Guide the holistic strategy for client accounts, providing strategic direction on brand initiatives beyond paid social, including content planning, media budget allocation, promotional calendars, tech stack recommendations and other key elements.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make recommendations, drive continuous improvement, and optimize strategies.
- Prepare case studies that highlight campaign successes, sharing valuable insights with clients and internal teams to reinforce the effectiveness of strategies and foster stronger client relationships.
Team Leadership, Mentorship & Quality Control: - Supervise and mentor a team of paid social marketers, providing training, actionable feedback, and support to foster professional growth and maintain high performance.
- Lead regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss goals, performance, and development, ensuring they stay current with industry best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends.
- Review all client-facing work produced by the team, maintaining quality standards and providing constructive feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Develop department workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline and organize team output, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all campaigns.
- Lead department-wide training sessions on new strategies, platform updates, and best practices to equip the team with essential knowledge and skills.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging best practices to continually adapt and maintain the most effective strategies for our clients.
Resource & Performance Management: - Assess team capacity and allocate resources efficiently to manage workload across projects, balancing client demands and team bandwidth.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews to track progress, identify growth opportunities, and maximize productivity.
- Take full accountability for the final output and effectiveness of all paid social campaigns across client accounts, ensuring all deliverables meet client objectives and KPIs.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Problem-Solving: - Collaborate with other service teams (e.g., CX, content, creative) to align on holistic marketing strategies that enhance client outcomes and strengthen overall marketing efforts.
- Address campaign challenges proactively, fostering a solution-oriented approach within the team and escalating issues when necessary to maintain client satisfaction and campaign success.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years in paid social management; agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Meta and TikTok ad platforms.
- Proven ability to lead digital marketing efforts; e-commerce experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Compensation - Job Type: Full-time Employee
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST

- Annual Base Salary: $90,000 - $95,000/year
