Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in a lead gen-driven environment with meaningful budgets and clear ROI goals.
- Proven ability to drive down-funnel results (CPL, ROAS, cost-per-case, lead quality) beyond clicks and impressions.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and understanding of Performance Max, smart bidding, and custom audiences.
- Experience integrating PPC performance with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) for pipeline visibility and attribution.
- Strong analytical acumen, familiarity with performance dashboards, GA4, and diagnosing campaign performance.
- Relentless drive to test, pivot, and treat every campaign like a business.
- Proficiency in managing and integrating tools and technology to drive performance at scale.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with call tracking, intake systems, landing page testing tools (Unbounce, VWO), and CRM automation (Zapier, Segment, etc.).
