TITLE: Sr. Paid Social Manager

DURATION: 3+ month contract to hire

LOCATION: Flexible hybrid, 2-days per week onsite at The Grove.

PAY RANGE: $40-50/hr, role will convert at around $125k annually.


THIS ROLE STARTS AT AROUND 25 WORKING HOURS A WEEK BUT WILL INCREASE TO FULL TIME.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Drive the development and implementation of social media advertising strategies that align with our marketing and business goals on Meta, TikTok and other potential emerging channels
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to ensure development of engaging ad content that captures the spirit of our games, tailored for each platform, as well as the amplification of top-performing content
  • Budget Management: Oversee and optimize social media budgets by SKU, platform and advertising objective, ensuring we maximize ROI and meet our larger business goal
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Closely monitor performance on all channels, making optimizations and recommendations and proactively escalating areas of opportunity. Track and analyze all relevant KPIs to measure success and inform strategy. The ability to create and adhere to an effective process to track and measure your efforts is critical
  • Paid Social Asset Creation and Analysis: Refine short-form video strategy through data analysis, conducting content experiments, and iterating on successful formats; active participation in creation of paid video and static content leveraging in-house resources and external tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years of proven experience managing social media advertising programs, specifically for retail-driven CPG brands.
  • Direct experience working with toy and game brands. Please note we will not be accepting candidates with only D2C experience for this role.
  • Experience working with brands such as Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in command of Meta and TikTok advertising, including channel-specific creative formats and best practices as well as platform-level metrics and reporting tools. YouTube, X and Reddit experience a plus.
  • Experience with POS aggregator tools (e.g., Tableau) to analyze real-time sales data and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing substantial budgets and delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to work in a face-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly regarding the intersection of creative strategy and social media advertising.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
