Internship anticipated to occur in May, 2025 through August, 2025.

What You'll Do:

The Paid Social Creative Intern will assist in developing, optimizing, and analyzing ad creatives for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. You'll gain hands-on experience in performance-driven creative strategy while working closely with our design and marketing teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists in brainstorming and developing engaging social ad creatives, including static images, video edits, and animations
Conducts research on social media trends, competitor ads, and best practices to inform creative strategy
Collaborates with designers, copywriters, and the performance marketing team to refine ad concepts for performance
Helps manage and organize creative assets for campaigns
Assists in testing different creative formats, messaging, and styles to improve ad performance
Stays up to date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms
Will perform additional responsibilities when required
Requirements:

What You'll Bring:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field
Passion for social media, digital advertising, and creative storytelling.Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Strong written and visual communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content is a plus
Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)

Not Required but Nice to Have.

Not required to have a pet but highly recommended.
