Relentless growth means we're looking for an ambitious and driven Paid Search Specialist, to join our global team, based out of New York.


As a Paid Search Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and managing paid search campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the search practice leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Campaign Development and Delivery
  • Collaborate with media and client services teams to understand clients' business objectives and translate them into paid search strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms in alignment with client goals and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure proper tracking is in place - search engine native tags, Google Analytics tags, etc. to measure campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage search retargeting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing ongoing optimizations to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement testing initiatives across key campaign dimensions including ad copy, match types, landing pages and bidding strategies.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights to clients, providing insights, overviews of optimizations that have been done or are being done, along with strategic recommendations for campaign evolution or expansion.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, and analytics to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies, reporting and insights.

Search Practice Leadership

  • Stay up to date with changes in the paid search landscape and ensure that all client programs are aligned with best practices
  • Support with Senior Search Director in providing POVs to internal teams on paid search changes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of paid search planning and management experience
  • Experience managing enterprise-level paid search budgets
  • Experience in B2B Lead Generation preferred but not required
  • Google Ads certification preferred
