About the Role - The Paid Search Strategist/Specialist will work closely with team members to implement projects within budgeted time constraints.
Responsibilities -
- Support all marketing initiatives as assigned by Director of Paid Search
- Strong focus on customer service and the ability to clearly manage and communicate with clients
- Assist team with conceptualizing, executing, and reporting on client marketing campaigns
- Assist in creating and managing paid online marketing campaigns
- Lead tracking and reporting
- Liaise daily and monthly PPC budgets
- Assist in the management of PPC advertising campaigns
- Implementing PPC strategies
- Stay up to date with digital marketing developments
- Engage and communicate with customers as warranted
- Assist with campaign strategy and content
- Assist with client intake and onboarding
- Work collaboratively with other team members on each client account
- Involved with multiple projects at one time
- Assist with ancillary projects and tasks as assigned
- Track KPI data in order to capture ROI of each campaign, using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and other tools.
Required Skills -
- 1-2 years experience in paid search or similar customer service preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn Ads is not required but a plus.
- Google Ads certification
- Proficient with Google Docs, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Capable of planning, optimizing, and tracking results
- Experience measuring and making recommendations using performance measurement tools and metrics
- Strong analytics and reporting skills
- Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results
- Exceptional writing and organizational skills
- Reliable, self-starting individual
- Desire to learn, and ability to master new systems & tools
