The Details:
  • Hybrid - 3-4 days on-site in Charlotte
  • 6 month Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of paid search (SEM) campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.
  • Build and maintain an integrated keyword strategy that supports both paid and organic search goals.
  • Improve website visibility and rankings through on-page optimization, metadata updates, and technical SEO enhancements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine tactics to drive traffic growth and increase conversions.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to inform broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing both SEO and SEM campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and industry-standard SEO practices.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven approach and a continuous improvement mindset
