Reporting to Head of Advertising


TASTE SUCCESS As our Paid Media Specialist at HexClad, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital advertising initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to manage the rapidly evolving ad channels across paid media, such as Podcast, Pinterest, and more.


  • Budget Allocation: Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
  • Reporting & Analysis: work with Growth team to create and maintain reports/analyses scrutinizing success and optimizations in google and other marketing campaigns
  • Paid Media Strategy: Directly assist Head of Advertising in creating, executing, and reporting on ongoing paid media strategy and budget allocation across all channels
  • Testing & Incrementality: Devise, Implement, and analyze tests within paid media accounts, including 2-cell geo holdouts, A/B tests, and more
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborative Reporting: Work closely with the analytics team to generate comprehensive reports.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads advertising platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities.
  • Curiosity & eagerness to understand and own new tools, data, and opportunities
  • Proven track record of account ownership
  • Communication skills & experience that match a high-powered remote team
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, preferred.
  • Love of food and cooking. Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
