Our client is growing and looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to support their diverse portfolio of clients as they continue to scale.

About The Opportunity
This role is one of the founding roles in our LA office. This role will be tasked with managing core media management and optimization components of our US client (cybersecurity), focusing on major global regions and Emerging Markets, as well as growing clientele in Retail and Finance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of day-to-day campaign implementations and optimizations across paid search, social and programmatic.
- Generate reports including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization. Compile data from various sources, analyze trends, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Synthesize data to derive insights for performance optimizations, and as importantly, design experiments that can incrementally scale client performance
- Help manage internal and external workflows that plan and optimize creative, landing pages and audience/business datasets
- Pacing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring best practices for the channels are followed and implemented accurately.
- Stay up to date with platform improvements and industry trends
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years relevant work experience within a digital planning and activation role for performance media (paid search/social) and programmatic
- Proven experience in testing and improving performance across audience, creative, and landing pages strategies
- Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment
- Hands on experience in implementing and optimizing in-platform on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and DV360
- Intermediate to Advanced skills using Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance in campaign execution and reporting.
- Manage campaigns within DV360, by ensuring budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs.
- Experience with Google DataStudio, MMM or similar reporting tools
