The Paid Media Manager sits within the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Team and is responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns for the Nylabone, Four Paws, Cadet, Best Bully Sticks, Barkworthies, & Paw Love brands. This role is focused on hands-on management of paid media activities across search, display, social media, video, and sponsored content, ensuring that campaigns are effectively targeted, cohesive, and aligned with the company's broader marketing and business goals. Key responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, optimizing campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to create impactful ad content. The manager will also track market trends and adjust strategies to maximize performance. Regular reporting and performance insights will drive continuous improvements to achieve measurable growth.

This position is based out of our Neptune City, NJ facility 5x a week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategize, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring effective spending of budgets to maximize growth and reach business objectives.
  • Paid marketing channels include search, display, social media, video, and sponsored content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all paid marketing efforts are cohesive, targeted, and effectively aligned with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
  • Develop, manage, and allocate advertising budgets effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling and effective advertising content.
  • Measure and optimize paid marketing campaign performance for maximum ROI through data analysis and adjustments.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with advertising/media buying agencies and third-party vendors for marketing activities.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our paid media at the forefront of performance marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-7 years of proven experience directly managing and optimizing business-to-consumer (B2C) paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in GA4. Looker Studio or PowerBI a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, & TikTok.
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong attention-to-detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to sourcing and analyzing data, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Computer proficiency in all MS Office applications, advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
POSITION INFORMATION
  • This position pays $100,000 - 110,000 per year depending on experience
