Summary:

We're looking for a Paid Media Strategist with a strong background in either agency settings or healthcare-related campaigns to join our growing team.
You'll play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic channels-working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct research and audience analysis to inform strategic planning and media buying.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to align messaging and performance goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media opportunities.
  • Present strategies and performance reports to clients with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
  • Resume in English
  • English fluency at C1 or C2 level
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media planning and buying, preferably within a marketing/advertising agency or the healthcare industry.
  • Proven success managing budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, performance metrics, attribution models, and bidding strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and campaign management dashboards.
