Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Buyer to take charge of client campaigns on Meta and Google. You'll manage paid traffic, lead strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every dollar spent delivers results. As a Media Buyer, you will:
  • Own Campaign Performance: Strategize, launch, and manage performance-focused campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display).
  • Collaborate with Creatives: Provide data-backed direction to content and design teams for high-performing ad creatives.
  • Report & Optimize: Analyze key KPIs daily, conduct A/B tests, and push consistent optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
  • Manage Client Accounts: Act as the performance lead for 3-5 D2C brands, providing insights and strategy during weekly calls.
  • Stay Sharp: Keep up with ad platform changes, consumer trends, and new strategies to keep your accounts ahead of the curve.
  • Drive Growth: Build and improve acquisition funnels, ensuring consistent revenue scale month-over-month.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience running Meta and Google Ads for D2C or eCommerce brands.
  • Proven success managing budgets of $10K+/month per account.
  • Deep understanding of funnel strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills using GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam.
  • Excellent client communication skills and the ability to lead calls with confidence.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Solid background in media planning and digital advertising
  • Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and take decisive action
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and deliverables
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify is a plus
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Google or Meta certifications are a bonus but not required
