Are you a Google Ads expert with a passion for managing lead-generation campaigns between $1K and $10K per month? Join our team as a Paid Media Associate, where you'll help drive results across multiple franchise locations and ensure our campaigns are optimized for success.


What You'll Do:
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and other platforms to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Develop and refine PPC & CPC strategies, ensuring continuous optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor to track, measure, and analyze performance, making data-driven decisions.
  • Become our Fluency platform expert - we'll provide hands-on training and support you in getting certified. You'll take the lead on campaign execution, optimization, and platform troubleshooting across multiple accounts, while staying current on new tools and updates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to boost conversions and lower cost-per-conversion.
  • Build and optimize remarketing campaigns, retargeting users to drive higher customer lifetime value.
  • Stay ahead of PPC trends, SEM strategies, and digital marketing best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling ad copy, display ads, and landing pages that convert.
  • Work closely with franchisees to align marketing efforts with local business goals.

Who You Are:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management, specifically in lead generation.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of PPC strategies, CPC management, and the nuances of Google Ads & SEM.
  • Analytical Thinker: Strong attention to data-driven decision-making and campaign performance metrics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Multi-Channel Experience: Familiar with search, display, video ads, remarketing, and managing multi-platform strategies.
  • Previous Media Agency Experience is a plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Comfortable working with both marketing teams and non-marketing stakeholders (franchise owners).
  • Experience in managing platforms like Kenshoo (Skai), Fluency, Marin, AdRoll, and Criteo is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Excellent project management and follow-through skills.
  • Experience in Meta Business Suite or Bing Ads is a big plus.
