What You'll Be Diving Into As our paid intern, you'll get elbow-deep in everything from ops to marketing for 10-12 weeks. Think of it like a mac-themed boot camp: you'll rotate through hands-on gigs in operations, marketing, finance, and HR. Nail this internship, and you'll be in the running for a full-time General Operations Manager gig; overseeing multiple locations and running the show. Your Daily Mac N' Cheese Mission Operational Shenanigans Tag along on opening/closing routines-think fresh ingredients, spotless counters, and happy guests Shadow district operators to learn scheduling sorcery, payroll wizardry, and P&L alchemy Pop into stores to check on quality, food-safety vibes, and overall "make 'em smile" factor Marketing Cheese Vibes Cook up local marketing ideas: social media sizzle, fun in-store promos, and community events that rock Crunch campaign numbers, whip up quick reports, and brag about wins (or learn from oops moments) Help coordinate loyalty perks, new menu teasers, and regional ad pushes that get people buzzing Team Hype & Leadership Sit in on team huddles, assist with hiring, and help new hires feel like mac-and-cheese royalty Brainstorm staff engagement ideas-think friendly contests, themed shifts, or random cheese giveaways Support HR in juggling shift swaps, performance shout-outs, and any "whoops, we need backup" moments Money Stuff & Paper Trails Help prep weekly sales snapshots, keep an eye on COGS (cost of goods sold), and analyze budget adventures Work with accounting to reconcile daily cash reports (no lost dimes or cheese crumbs allowed) Keep franchise compliance docs and local-regulation papers neat, tidy, and up-to-date Who You Are (aka Our Next Cheese Champion) Fresh Graduate (within 6 months) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or something close-ish.
