We are seeking a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cambridgeshire. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional with a strong background in supporting children with developmental, sensory, and physical needs. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to help children achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and interventions tailored to each child s needs.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and independence.
- Work closely with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to create holistic care solutions.
- Maintain accurate case records and reports, ensuring compliance with HCPC regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to parents, carers, and professionals to support therapy strategies.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with children or young people in healthcare, education, or social care settings.
- Strong knowledge of sensory integration, motor development, and therapy techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
