Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate packaging projects to deliver the NPD/EPD pipeline, meeting key milestones throughout development, testing, and execution.
- Work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development, Marketing) and external partners to source new packaging concepts.
- Analyze packaging solutions, develop testing plans, and conduct trials to ensure all packaging is efficient and meets high standards.
- Regularly review existing packaging to identify and implement improvements across the portfolio.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all packaging inquiries, communicating options and risks with stakeholders, and driving resolution.
- Apply organizational objectives and strategic frameworks to all packaging decisions and solutions.
